Training Programs

Multi-Sport

Training programs can take place at three Globall Sports Centers:

Uniondale and Plainview.

Training programs are dsigned specifically to improve the technical skills and improve the tactical understanding of specific sports for players of all ability levels.

Group discounts are available. Eight (8) players or more are considered a team.

Lacrosse Programs

Lacrosse instruction will be offered by the Park Lacrosse Club staff which includes former and current collegiate and professional players as well as current club and collegiate coaches.

Training program are designed for boys and girls ages 7-14. 

Participants are placed in training groups appropriate for their ability and age.

Soccer Programs

The Long Island Rough Riders provide soccer specific training for Globall Sports Centers. 

The Long Island Rough Riders have been part of the Long Island soccer scene since their inception in 1994.

The Rough Riders provide soccer specific classes to improve the technical skills and the tactical understanding of specific playing positions.

Sports Performance

Performance Training Classes are focused on developing speed, agility, and power within each athlete.

Sports Performance instruction will be offered by the professional staff of Long Island Fitness and Training (LIFT). 

LIFT’s Performance Team has worked with high school, college and professional athletes, helping them achieve their personal best.

Based on the philosophy that building better athletes will make better players, LIFT Performance Training will focus on improving body control, core strength and injury prevention in an effort to improve performance on the field.
