LITTLE LAXERS: 
Program  participants will be placed in training groups appropriate for their ability and age.  New players and beginners will be offered a curriculum geared toward developing proper form and learning the basics of lacrosse.
(No equipment needed. Lacrosse sticks supplied if needed)

NEXT-LEVEL LACROSSE:  Improve Your Lacrosse I.Q. With Position-Specific Training This Summer
Lacrosse Players will be offered a curriculum which emphasizes developing proper form for competitive lacrosse and improving offensive, defensive, and core skills in a position-specific environment.  Players will be placed in position-specific training groups in order to further their development and bring them to the next level.  FULL EQUIPMENT NEEDED.

At Soccer Shots, your child will get a fun-filled introduction to the world’s greatest game - soccer!
Energetic instructors specialize in working with kids 3-5. teaching fundamental soccer skills,  but also working on improving balance, coordination and agility.

Soccer Shots also uses the sessions to teach children the important concepts such as teamwork, sharing and respect.

7 Sessions classes (45min) are being offered outdoors at Globall Sports Centers- Plainview Location / indoors at Mitchel Athletic Complex location

SCHEDULE INFORMATION:

• DATE:  SATURDAY, June 23rd 
• LOCATION:  Bethpage State Park Polo Fields

FORMAT:

1 Day Tournament:  U-7 to U-12 age groups  

• U-7 & U-10: 8 v 8 , Minimum of (3) 40 min games, 16 player roster
• U-11: 9 v 9,  Minimum of (3) 40 min games, 16 player roster
• * U-11 & U-12: 11 v 11,  Minimum of (3) 40 min games, 18 player roster
  

* U11 teams will have the option of playing on the small field 9 v 9 or receiving the added benefit of playing on the big field 11 v 11 in preparation for their upcoming U12 season

AWARDS:

Team trophies as well as individual awards will be presented to the teams that finish 1st and 2nd in each division.

TIME:

Please plan on spending your day at the tournament. Games begin early in the morning usually with the younger age groups. As the day progresses the older age groups will begin to play and the games end before dark.

BRACKETS:

The age groups will be broken into major and minor divisions only when the appropriate amount of teams are registered (minimum of 12 teams).  We will do our best to avoid scheduling back to back games.
